Help with your files

Find an answer before trying another export. Your original file is not changed by the local tools.

My video will not open

A file extension does not identify the codec inside it. Try a short MP4 with H.264 video or a supported WebM. MOV, HEVC and unusual recordings depend on the browser and device. Local tools cannot restore a damaged file.

The GIF looks different from the video

GIF uses a limited color palette and sampled frames. Reduce dimensions or frame rate if the result is large. Full-video mode keeps the complete timeline, but long inputs may use a lower actual frame rate to stay within the output budget. The tool displays the actual settings.

My cutout has rough edges

Inspect the result on white and a contrasting background. Adjust strength and softness gently. Hair, glass and similar foreground/background colors are difficult for the local model. Cloud AI is not available until its service is connected.

The download is a ZIP

Extract the ZIP before opening index.html. Keep the included images next to the HTML in their original folders. A viewer is a sequence of supplied images, not a 3D model. Do not open only the HTML while it is still inside the archive.

The tab slows down or runs out of memory

Close other heavy tabs, reduce the output width or choose fewer photos/frames. Use Cancel before starting again. Keep the tab visible while decoding video. Desktop and mobile browsers have different memory and codec limits.

Are my files uploaded?

Local tools process files on your device. Optional cloud background removal sends a resized photo only after you choose cloud mode and confirm the upload. Loading our public sample files is a download, not an upload of your own media.
